Northwest Trail Runners has trails that are run at different paces. So, whatever your fitness level or age may be, you can join them. If you're recovering from an injury, you can also join them at a reduced pace, but make sure that you specify that your recovering and that you may need more attention during the run. The group meets up every Saturday morning and Tuesday evening in Forest Park. This running club organizes runs in rural areas so if you are an outdoor and running enthusiast, make sure to join them.
