November Project San Diego has multiple routes to offer, each designed with the geographic peculiarities of the track in mind, and each one catering to a different group of runners. Pre-workout and post-workout sessions are available. The group is open to people of various fitness levels, and includes exercises, such as running, stair climbing, bodyweight exercises, HIIT training sessions and much more.
