Stride, Strength, and Socialize. Progression Run Club (PRC) at The Yard was launched in early 2024. The running club in SF prepares you for 5K, 10K, Half, and Full Marathon races with personal strength training from top coaches. The weekly runs are organized every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday at various locations in San Francisco and Mill Valley, including trails at the Golden Gate Park, Presidio, Embarcadero, the Panhandle, and Ocean Beach. Besides regular runs, the Sunday special long runs end at the Ocean Beach/ Aquatic Park with cool-down Yoga and socializing over local coffee. PRC runs are free and no sign-up is required.
