The training sessions at IRCD primarily focus on interval training, 5K, 10K, Half and Full Marathon, and Jeff Galloway’s Dallas-area running programs. With knowledgeable group leaders and a friendly camaraderie, the vibe of IRCD would keep you motivated and accountable throughout your journey. Beyond the run, IRCD offers merchandise, hydration, nutrition, and entry to various group social events. For joining this club, a single training fee is charged for a season.
