Thursday Night Social Run

Thursday Night Social Run (TNSR) is a social running group that meets every Thursday. The runs start at 7 PM and the fleet runs through several miles around W Park Blvd, Plano Pkwy, and other nearby locations. For those who are opting for professional training (5Ks, 10Ks, and Half Marathons), sports therapy and pre & post-run massages are provided by professional doctors. Free food, drinks, and raffles are distributed on special occasions at nearby restaurants or coffee shops. Back markers are also available for new runners or in case anyone gets lost. The headquarters of TNSR is located at 7500, Windrose Ave, Plano, Texas.
