Trail Roots is an Austin-based running group focused on community and diverse training options for all skill levels. Weekly runs take place at various Austin trails, and custom coaching ensures personal goals are met. Additionally, Trail Roots now hosts a free weekly community run every Wednesday at 6:00 PM at The Rock, Town Lake. This social, no-drop run is open to everyone, followed by post-run beverages and camaraderie.
